Really though, I don't follow these people so I don't know the story. Are you saying he bragged about getting displaced so that the bid ran with him at 947 hours and is now being punished for it?
If this is in regards to what to think it is, Aviator Chavez was displaces from a trip which kept him from upgrading to Captain.
