On one hand, on the other fat reserves aren’t good for the company either. Bad marketing for hiring and they still have to pay 75 hrs for <20 hrs flown to quite a few pilots. 55x38.28=2100 per pilot per month = $2.5M per year per 100 underutilized pilots. Set of beautiful M&H uniform for each pilot every year for just a hundred reserves sitting idle
