Very much agree with you. Sad to say I believe is what went down. I can picture many would turn in a fellow pilot to the CPO before speaking to that FO professionally or ALPA. Some of these same CA’s talk about folks behind their back and will smile in that person’s face, yet say nothing.
Like I intimated: if this is true, its rather SERIOUS implications stretch FAR beyond silly, millennial YouTube videos.
In fact...the spectre of this precedent, of being turned-in to management by our peers, is SO alarming that I think it needs to be kicked up the priority chain IMMEDIATELY over at ALPA.
