I did Emerald / would recommend it (or something similar). But I had zero knowledge of interviewing and, really, the 121 world in general. One key thing they did was to steer me away from some of my stories (for very good reason) and affirm other ones…really helped my confidence.

I’d also check out one of the books on the company…”Blue Streak” is one I believe. Not just to help you with the interview but also to give you a sense of the place so you know if it’s for you or not.
