While I didn't get to read and don't know what the ten posts that were removed said (and I don't really care), I did go back and reread the TOS.
(Not the entire TOS):

Additional information you should consider when posting here:
Site Administrators and Moderators have the final say in editing or removing posts from this forum.
Abiding by the following guidelines will make everyone's experience of the forums more enjoyable. We're all here primarily to discuss the piloting profession; we all share in the good and the bad that this industry has to offer. Please use the "good neighbor" policy when posting to this site. If you wouldn't say it to your neighbor face to face, than don't say it here (and we are talking about a hypothetical neighbor that you like and respect, not necessarily your current neighbor)."
The "insult" comment in my post was an attempt at sarcasm, as we take each other to task on almost any post anyone makes here. I also don't question the moderators right to edit or remove posts from this private forum (which I agreed to when joining this site). However, if my "neighbor" tries to BS me, or side-step supporting his argument, I would tell him face to face it's BS and that I question his credibility and truthfulness. I hope the "Tread Lightly" comment is not a ban on our ability to still call a "Spade a Spade".
