They are not supposed to be able to assign a Standby line if you didn't bid for it. I'm not sure how to 'prove' that I didn't bid Standby though. I'd contact a union rep.

But Standby line can be assigned if you didn't bid for it, just turns into a regular Reserve line with that particular footprint
