Attrition would nearly stop (save a few retirements) and would offset the additional upgrades from growth in the near term. So it will probably be 3.5-4 years for the foreseeable future even if we did get a contract tomorrow (which will not happen). There will probably be one class of upgrades for the next PHL vacancy that goes more junior, then it’ll bump right back up to the 3.5 - 4 year mark. That’s not impressive at all, go somewhere else that treats their employees with respect (which will not be effected by a new contract).
