I’m looking to do a little instructing on the side.
Have permission from the Chief Pulot and now looking for CFI Insurance.
Here’s my gloom and doom scenario:
Through no fault of mine we end up in the ditch with a bent airplane.
Owners insurance pays the bill then comes after me being the highest rated pilot in the airplane.
I know what insurance companies can do and I’ve never instructed outside of a flightschool that carried Insurance.
Yes I’m an AOPA member.
Just looking for suggestions before I go digging.
