That is so untrue in so many ways. It’s utterly ridiculous. The FOQA program is quite protected to great legal lengths. DL may be able to gain access to knowledge of certain events, but in no way will the pilot be connected or affected. If they are then my suggestion would be to grab a lawyer and cash out.
