You can have the biggest rudder out there but if you don’t have a good pilot(ships and planes) it’s useless.

I get the guys that continue to be let’s call them truth tellers because if I say they are not happy we all know where that will go. But yes I enjoy reading APC and the banter but we are right back to page after page of JetBlue sucks. It does suck sometimes as all airlines do but I honestly don’t see this attitude on the line(yes I know juicer plane) most guys just want JetBlue to do well and are frustrated with a management team that can do anything but manage.
