Your choice should be based on your personal priorities. Both are great airframes. If waiting ~6 months for your flight deck tray table is important, choose the AB. If you want less commuting 73 is probably a better play. I think schedules and trips are very similar as both are very large fleets and bases in DFW. Training programs for both are excellent. Obviously that is the way it is today, so if you have a class soon, that should be good info. Good luck with your decision.
Since it takes a year to get to Dallas anyway it's a moot point, that was what he was saying.
That however may change at any time. The company is really pimping DFW out as more gates come online next year. They want it to be like an Atlanta that has 1000 flights a day, we are at 800 now and will move toward 900 next year.
