Hotels are currently better at XO (from what I hear on this thread.).
Not sure what FlexJet get. But we're almost exclusively Hilton /Marriott. Lowest we will do is HGI / Courtyard.
My only thoughts on Net and Flex is what I read on these forums and interactions in FBOs. Based on that...... Sure seems like a happy pilot group..... :-/
