We get a lot of X-major Pax guys coming on here (at least when we were hiring) from CAL and NWA, DAL, etc...
One guy hired just over a year ago was a Northwest Captain who took and early retirement from NWA since his A plan was frozen anyway. Now he's at FedEx in year two making more than he would be as a NB Captain at NWA, and he's loving it!
He'll end up with 2 retirements from the airlines, and another from the Guard as a very senior ranking officer. Interesting story anyway. He took military leave to get an interview here I guess.
