Probably what happened is Bombardier is fire discounting there CRJ’s. So what Republic/Compass/TSA was hopping for was ERJ’s hence the ERJ LOI. Maybe Delta changed there mind and wants CRJ’s... so they have to bid to fly them. Or not..
