I'm not exactly sure what you expected to happen when over 100 extra pilots were hired to cycle 350 pilots through the school house all year while still running an airline? The Dec and Jan classes total over 80 alone. The airline has grown over 10% YOY but there was over 20% headcount growth in 2017. The PS will be separated from the other entities you mentioned.
