It was 15% headcount growth in 2017 (not 20). That extra 5% would have easily been accounted for if we had put the airframes online this year that were forecast. However, we are 7 airframes short of projections. I can’t speak for ECAM, but for me, I would like to see this “airline” be an airline and realize that the airplanes and crew are what has provided 63 straight quarters of profitability not some hotel built in the FL swamps and certainly not some stupid family fun centers. This management team has lost their way and today’s town hall just proved that they have no clue what they are doing.
