Yea I mean I hope upgrades drop, especially for those who stuck it out. I for one am so glad I got the call when I did, very fortunate and no regrets. Thanks for the kind words, I have feeling lots more NJA pilots will come here and make it their final home, I don't know a single NJA alum that even remotely misses NJA, things are good here.
I am not sure why, but it seems like NJA is surrounded by this idea of selling the future to applicants and even current employees as "it will get better soon" and maybe they will but the last time the company expanded enough to make upgrades less than 2 years, it led to a furlough.
