The 175 has had shorter staffing, so those FOs are flying more, so they are the ones upgrading sooner, which means they have to be replaced. I really believe they just don’t have the capacity they need to train more 175 pilots. They have plenty of instructors on the 145, not so on the 175. I think that is as much the poor planning problem as anything.
