Interesting. I remember when fuel was way up this idea was floating around at different airlines also I think airbus had like an electric motor idea. I remember seeing a video of a plane taxing around with the engines off.
But why am I not shocked if they did/do try this.

Day one of the rsv times after 10 and they are pretty much Fd in BOS tomorrow with a bunch of trips that start early and no reserves.
