If at any time you are the senior person at the base and scheduling incorrectly assigns a trip to someone junior to you, similiarly situated, you should immediately fill out an issue form with the grievance committee. Scheduling has, for various reasons, screwed this up on a daily basis at times.
If you are middle of the pack that day, or even more junior, no, they won't call you first because senior pilots get first stab. If everyone above you lists "last out" then obviously you should expect a call.

You’re right, I meant to say those of us who are mid-lower pack of the reserves are bidding first out and still not getting squat.
Also at WMU guy, you must’ve used two packets of kool aid. Literally anybody who has been thru a furlough will tell you the first sign of furlough is something like this. But I’m sure you’re a high seniority line holder and couldn’t care less about little guys like us who are just getting started with our career.
