Pre-contract I didn't do a damn thing outside of my originally scheduled trip. Did my job just as the union asked and that's all. Post contract I still won't ever touch an RSA but VDAs I'll do all day long.
This. After the low pay rates and horrible work rules passed by a wide margin the game is now make as much $$$ for me as possible in order to make up for it.
