After 9/11 I know of alot of pilots with years of experience who bailed companies, whether it be UAL, USAir, DAL or others, to go to the bottom of seniority lists at places like SWA, JB and others.

Since these pilots had 9 or more years of experience flying should they be given higher seniority numbers at the new carrier. NO....

This industry is a crap shoot and it stinks.
