This is a valid point that hasn’t been brought up. That being said
1) SC has NOT been changed in a codified way. The company can still assign SC up to 12 hours as before if needed.
b) If you are a senior guy on reserve you will definitely do 7 SC assignments each bid period
Finally, this is a horrible change that has made a hostile bidding environment for reserve. If you are senior you should demand to sit longer periods on SC.
