I have been here over 32 years. Never had a pay issue with the exception of 1 error on non revenue charges when we did not get on the flight and were charged. You claim they are intentionally messing up pay. The only pilot complaint I have heard from other pilots about pay related to retirement contributions returning from mil leave. Overall the pay system seems to be functioning at a very high level. How often is your pay screwed up?
P.S. My son works for another airline. His pay is screwed up virtually every month.
