No one will be bumped back to an FO unless they so choose

The company on its own can almost certainly attain this outcome without any help from the union.

Most of this displacement bid, if not all will be voluntary position moves, which will solve almost any need to actually forcibly displace anyone.

The obvious answer of this bid is the 320 is shrinking going forward.

The company has not put the bid out so they could always change their direction.

I would not have posted this unless I was 90% sure it was going to happen
