Agree. For those that don't understand, the company is only required to do 1 system bid per year. They are intentionally making this system bid small, and with minimal A320 FO positions, so they can minimize how many FOs bail the E190 for the A320, to keep training costs low.
Then the company releases a supplemental bid that ONLY has E190 FO positions available, which is for all the new hires.
So new hires will all or nearly all be on the "industry leading" E190 pay (about 20% lower than any other major airline pilot after 1st year pay) and then will only have an A320 FO opportunity due to upgrade backfills, which will be going very senior!
Short version, hired E190, stuck on E190, probably for YEARS!
