The other hurdle will be the pay. The 220 pays substantially more than the 190 and slightly less than the 320. Much like DAL MD-80 the 190 will be the junior fleet with few, if any, upgrades elsewhere. With the very slow delivery schedule of the 220 new hires are destined for the 190.
