Question for guard guys with an active duty retirement who are retired reserve.
What do you do exactly as a retired reserve? Drill, maintain fitness, stay current, etc.?
Does your time in the retired reserve count towards your time in grade?
Can you pick up title 10 orders here and there?
If you retired at 20 years, and go on retired reserve for 8 years, then completely separate, is your retirement re-calculated at the 28 year pay scale?
If you can reference any regs, that would really be appreciated.
