My how far this thread has strayed.

The bottom line is the East guys feel like the decision was not fair. They are exploring every legal avenue to fight it. If voting in a new bargaining agent achieves their goal, good for them.

If the West pilots don't like the end result it will be up to them to fight it. It won't be over until it's over.
