2 hour block, 45 minute company presentation, 15-30 minute Q&A, whatever time is left is scramble time to shake a hand and drop off a resume. If they like what they see on your paper it’s a conversation - if not it’s a quick thanks see you later. Expect some nonchalant conversation, not TMAAT or technical questions.

They keep all the resumes and said that showing up to events like this is a great way to get the call if you’re competitive.

AVG hire time is 5500 total according to the presentation and they are serious about the 3000TT+. Doesn’t seem like much vetting was done in regards to who got the invite.

All in all, worthwhile experience. Got a great vibe from the Chief’s and ALPA reps that showed up. Don’t think I will get a call but hopefully this will mean something sometime down the road.
