Frontier Negotiations Discussion
A 4 day trip with 3 duty periods that starts late and ends with a red eye could still potentially be worth very little credit. We have several 4 day trips at spirit with only 3 duty periods and they would pay more with a 5 hour calendar day credit. The 3.5 rig will help though. While most of the 15 hour 4 days will now be worth ~ 18 hours they would have been 20 with a 5 hour calendar day.
If you guys vote this AIP in your trips will most likely all be paid on actual block or the 3.5 rig if you’re trips are anything like ours are at Spirit.
