I am the last to defend this company for some of their stupidity but I will admit I do not always have the big picture. They may not know you have not jammed an L-8 in your mouth. A handful of people are managing a dynamic operation. If I need to be that one dude who jacks up their flow, well, happy to do it. But to sit back and let them rail you (and they will) well...that's on you.
As far as where you go...come on man, you know that's not what I meant. No flying operation gives the pilot that much control. If they gave it to me, I would do pattern work at my local airport in the jet.
How many legs....yes you do have control.
When your day starts...yes you do have control.
When your day ends...yes you do have control.
When you eat...yes you do have control.
You're not doing it right and complaining about it.
No, you really don’t. You get to do that ONLY when you fatigue.
Control when you eat? Yes. I often called and said I needed to go get food. But as far as when your days start, no. How many legs you fly? No. Where you go? No. Only when you fatigue do you get to manipulate SOME of those things.
