Ready reserve is pretty rare, but you have to be at the airport all day. Normal reserve is a two hour callout so it looks like you’d be ok in Charlotte. No long call. People are getting awarded lineholder status towards the end of training in CAE so you might spend a month on reserve if that continues to hold.

I’ve flown, on average, about 87 hours a month after OE.
