Conspiracy, huh. No, I'd call it more like Personnel Management, circa 2018. Mandatory Enrollment. I read every day about people fired for things they post on the internet. If you read the terms, you must comply with the DL Rules of the Road and The Way We Fly, and if you read those, as I did, you can see that penalties for not complying with them can include punishment up to and including termination.
