WoW 10+ years on the CRJ and still not able to progress in their airline careers!!Hmmmm....

In this crazy hiring culture, esp. with 'Flow Through's" and such, it sure as heck, ain't their love for the CRJ. More like having some skeletons in their closets, (so to speak)...i.e. past/present training issues, personality issues, no 4 year college degree or just simply unable to pass an interview!!
Don’t be so quick to judge these guys. Maybe they have family responsibilities that require them to be home every night? Or lost a medical? One of the guys I met in training and he is a phenomenal instructor.
There is also only two CAE instructors that are contracted to instruct for Mesa (These are different than Mesa company contractors). One is a former Mesa guy and the other is a retired United guy that is really sharp and did almost all of my training for initial training.
