FLIGHT PAY NIGHT FLIGHT PAY
NIGHT DUTY PAY
 An hourly rate of $118 will be paid after a pilot, regardless of seat or seniority, has flown in excess of 12.1 hours in his or her current tour.
 Night Flights are operations conducted between 2300L and 0559L based on upon your departure airport.
 TheNightFlightPayrateis$50perhourandwillbepaidin10 th-of- an-hour increments.
 Nightflightpaycompoundswithflightpayandovertime(OT ): Oncea pilot has flown in excess of 12.1 hours in the current tour and worked more than 12 hours in a single duty period, then he or she will be paid $118 per flight hour + $50 night flight pay + OT.
 Night Duty, which is defined as taking place between 2300L and 0759L based on the airport where the duty is scheduled.
 TheNightDutyPayrateis$50perhourandwillbepaidin15-minute increments or quarters; it does not compound with other pay program components.
 Tobeeligible,apilotmustcompleteoneof:1)aflightassi gnment,2) flight asset assignment or 3) reserve assignment during the duty period.

NIGHT DUTY PAY RESERVE EXCLUSION
END-OF-DUTY PAY
401(K) NON-DISCRETIONARY COMPANY CONTRIBUTION
 Ifapilotisbriefedforreserveathotelattheendofthepre viousduty period, then he or she is not eligible for the override.
 Flightduty,simulatorandgroundtrainingandtravelduty are exempted from eligibility.
 If a pilot is briefed for reserve at hotel at the end of the preceding duty period, then the time spent on reserve at hotel the next day is exempt from the $50 per hour Night Duty Pay premium.
 If,however,apilotreceivesamodifiedbriefafterhisorh ershutdown brief that assigns Reserve at Hotel Duty, then the pilot would be eligible for the $50 Night Duty Pay premium for all duty performed before 0759L or until assigned flight duty.
 The $50 EOD Pay rate will be paid in 15-minute increments or quarters.
 ApilotbecomeseligibleforEODPay10hoursafterhis/hershowtime; the duty location is irrelevant.
 ApilotwillnotreceiveEODPayifheorsheisconductingfli ght operations or has been assigned R2 Duty.
 TheEODPayconceptisintendedtobridgethegapbetweenhou rs10 and 12. As such, EOD Pay eligibility ends once overtime begins.
 For all pilots, 33 percent of all pay earned as part of the Flight & Duty Pay Program will be deposited into a pilot’s 401(k) account as a non- discretionary company contribution. This contribution is separate from the elective deferrals pilots make as individual contributors and separate from the company-matching obligation. This new mechanism represents a major improvement to our 401(k) benefit.

BASING DURATION
 The signing bonus is the same as that paid out upon the ratification of CBA15: $150 per month up to maximum of $30,000.
 ThebonuswillbepaidoutinJanuary.
 This is the one area in which CBA15 was changed: The current employer-matching contribution percentage has been increased.
 In2019,thematchisincreasedfrom54%to56%.
 Thematchwillbeincreasedbyonepercenteachyearthrough the
duration of the contract, including the extension should NetJets
choose to exercise it.
 Thematch,aspartofthispackage,increasesto63%in2026.
 The current HBA system is available to all pilots on the seniority list as of date of ratification.

SIC WAGE SCALE CONSTRUCTION
 Assuch,thebasewageescalatorshavebeenexecutedand incorporated into the base wage tables.
 Theamendmentpackagegivesmanagementathree-yearextension option.
 Ifmanagementchoosestoexercisetheoption,then:
 basewageswillbeincreasedbynolessthan4%,2%,2%viacos t-
of-living adjustment, beginning in 2024,
 the401(k)matchwillbeincreasedby1%duringeachextensi on
year, and
 theFlightandDutyPayProgramescalatorswillbeincrease d2%
during each of the option years.
 Ifthecompanypostsextraordinaryprofitsintheoptionye arsofthe
contract, the Extraordinary Financial Performance Payment (EFPP) acts as a hedge or insurance policy to protect pilots and compensate them for contributing to the extraordinary financial success of the company.
 Construction of the SIC wage scale now mirrors the PIC scale for large- cabin crews.
 ThelongevitybonusstructureisnowavailabletoallSICs.
