I think the more likely scenario is you having to argue with a captain on not flying tired, and not writing things up. Some of these dinosaurs already flew tired, kiss fatigue calls goodbye now, it literally pulls money out of everyones pocket to F bomb now. Write ups will decrease until the last leg of a tour of if a crew gives the airplane up, because again, it takes money away from you now if you squawk and down a plane. These pay rates punish you for doing the right thing.
