Normally I would understand and even agree with you. However the airline has been extremely profitable, yet we've slowed growth and generally stopped investing in the actual airline. Our large profits have gone towards billion dollar stock buybacks, tech ventures, hotels and executive comp. Even our profit sharing has been gutted.
So no, I have no faith that additional profits will actually be used to improve my career, from experience.
