This!!!! One of the biggest blunder & vex I have with this place.

It’s the policy of the past, not working in this environment.
I’m sure company think it’s a leverage they have to negotiate with and get something.

They’ll continue to hurt themselves in efficiencies, costs, and other operational costs long term.


Hell SKYWEST is a bigger company & pilot group., they don’t do that. AAG is a 15,000 pilot Group they handle training costs just fine (1 instructor to 2 pilots during Groundschool & sims).,

It costs nothing these days, but hey whatever floats the company’s boat on perceived leverage.
