Bark all you want about sapa/alpa real representation ect. SkyWest has 4800 pilots and if there was a rampant termination problem, then we wouldn’t have 4800 pilots and people would be bailing to Mesa/Gojet LCC’s ect...

If it’s that important to you, honestly go to Republic. They are a great pilot group/airline.
