You beat your chests about industry average, so do the math and prove to me that this AIP is anything less than that. We're the industry chumps right now. Anyone willing to stay here and turn down the increases we're talking about should be medically evaluated for inability to exercise good judgement on their next evaluation. Is it perfect, well of course not. Is it a major improvement? Yes, and to the tune of 70%.
Someone previously said that this is a cost neutral AIP. That person may be the single most under-informed individual on the entire APC forums.
