I’m not trolling. I’m bringing up a legitimate concern for your group that you as a current employee should be thinking about. This is why the NJA pilot group is largely a laughing stock. All you do is complain in crew lounges then when an IBI hits you think it’s a universal home run. What is it gonna take to get you and a large portion to analyze and think about what you’re doing and what is coming? The pilot group just continues down the same path and expecting a different result. Please try and understand conceptually what is coming with this IBI, because you can’t really have a discussion on it, and what’s most pathetic is I don’t even work there anymore, I just want to see you guys kick ass and make every dollar you can.
