I don't know of any without strings, but that doesn't mean there aren't any. The primary difference among the companies is the payback schedule. Republic, for example, only provides around $18K for the bonus but allows you to keep about 60% of that provided you get through training and complete IOE. Hence it's more of a real sign-on bonus than that provided by C5.
