You’re right, there are 19 rows, but they are not numbered 1-19 on United Express flights.
Close. UA mainline exit row is normally row 21. Regional aircraft for UA, the exit row is normally row 18. If UA needs to swap equipment for any reason, the exit row passengers are still in the exit row the majority of the time.
Also, Continental did not have a row 13, so the last row was row 19 on the erj. The erj has a total of 18 rows.
