I have DC Pro X's, love them. When they were brand new, I accidentally yanked the cord so hard, it ripped headers off the PC board and lifted traces, totally ruined them. Called David Clarke, told them exactly what happened. No questions asked, they repaired them for free, even giving me the newest firmware version. I think everyone else would of charged me money.
I like how small those can fold too. Im pretty particular about having portable things, and thats just on 4 day trips! I'm sure 16 days in a row it's even more important.
