While your waiting for that, the rest of us are still waiting for the MEC to publish the results of their research into ways to improve our DB plan. So far, it only looks like they researched how to sell a VB plan to the crew force.
After they sell this outside of section 6, maybe they will tell us that we have to accept preferential bidding because the company drew a line in the sand.
