Other carriers are operating a CRJ then. CRJ's have the FO side with 3 masks per the 2 seats.
Stuff like that is option based. Many CRJs have 3 masks on both sides but some carriers didn't want as many extra masks. Wouldn't surprise me if Embraer had a similar option.
