No Health Insurance
What are new hires doing for gap coverage health insurance policies, since Kalitta doesn't offer benefits until after 90 days? My wife doesn't work, so I can't get on her policy. All the ones that I've looked at so far are quite expensive considering the very high deductible and copays. She's a five year Cancer survivor, so we worry about catastrophic illness recurring.
