Next time your going to an overnight with a RON aircraft ask them why they don’t stay and clean the plane. When they say because it’s not their job, ask them why then they expect everyone else to help them do theirs.

Their
expectation comes from company leadership. They’re taught in training pass riders should help & then it’s reinforced from time to time…most recently the emails. It’s this that creates the resentment, division, etc.
It’s interesting…corporate leadership seems to genuinely believe – or at least it’s what they write – that the team cleaning thing actually builds unity. When, in my experience, the complete polar opposite is true.
