I have a 3600sq ft new house with a pool and my insurance is only $908 a year. Again depends on where you live. Everything in Harris county is more expensive. I’ve always stayed in Montgomery county where insurance and taxes are much lower. For those who don’t know the woodlands (most of it) and Conroe are in Montgomery county. And only 30 min from airport.
